My college freshman New Media major son is home for October Break. He was quick to share this video that explains copyright law and fair use in a unique, entertaining, and clear manner. High School and Middle School students (and teachers) could benefit from viewing this video and discussing it on several levels.
This is on Stanford Law School's Center for Internet and Society. There are other resources on this that could proof helpful for teachers and their students.

I love this Deborah! Not only does the video educate, it pushes the very boundaries of the topic it addresses. That is so cool!
Maybe there is only a small niche of people in the world that find videos like this one fun and educational. I wonder if any teachers have tried sharing this link with their students. I would love to hear how students take it. Was it too hard to follow for so long? Was it too fractured and required too much attention? Did they laugh at all?
Please post any reactions your students had to the Fair(y) Use Tale. I can't wait to read them...
